Incompetent Management - This place is not bad. It's decent walk to the Path station (10-15 miin) that takes you to downtown or midtown. FANTASTIC! - The apartments are spacious and the rent is quite reasonable. The maintenance company is a pleasure; have called several times to have things repairs and everything was done within a week. Called about painting the bathroom and they did it for us. Good for the price - I think we got a good deal for the price, but there are a lot of things in the apartment that could be better.
