I've lived here for almost 5 years and I've never had a single problem. The entire building is spotless and I've never seen a bug or rodent of any kind in my apartment. The laundry facilities and parking facilities are excellent.
I'm very confused about people saying the walls are paper thin - they are thin within the apartments, but there are fire barriers between apartments so it's impossible to hear anything from your neighbor. However, I can hear the people upstairs if they are walking in heels.
Overall, great place to live.
