Ridiculous "Policies"

While the building looks nice, the management is very uncooperative. They demanded that a guarantor sign a guarantor agreement before seeing the lease! What kind of a ridiculous policy is it to have someone sign something without seeing it' I wouldn't want to have to deal with a management company that has clearly shown it didn't want to cooperate.
Also, the guarantor agreement was very, very vague. The way it was written, the company could have held me/my guarantor liable for pretty much ANYTHING.
