Terrible building

I have been here for four years, and this is my last lease at 333 River. This building has gone downhill terribly in the past two years or so, that it is now not worth the obscene amount of money to live here anymore.
I really don't know what happened, but it went from a luxury building to a luxury fraternity house. There is a terrible dog urine smell in all the side elevators, trash all over the place, and probably the most unfriendly and rude neighbors you will ever want to encounter.

You are right, the building has gone down the tubes. Management does nothing to deal with the dogs peeing and craping in the hallways. The building is a total rip off. The building staff is rude.
