MANAGEMENT SUCKS

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
If you're Japanese and are used to having rice paper as walls, then this place is for you! This place is like a college dorm, beer bottles in the lobby, scratched grafitti in the elevators, the list goes on and on. My advise, keep looking. It's too far from the center of town to be charging these prices.
