Beware: Paper thin walls & floors From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Beware...The apartments look pretty nice...hardwoods, stainless appliances, good w/d, decent windows, good size with storage, etc. But that is completely overshadowed by the unacceptably thin walls and floors. You can hear everything around you. Sometimes I think the people above us will literally crash through the ceiling. We can even hear our neighbor snoring. If you can get a top floor apt maybe. Unfortunately we can only count the days until our lease is up.
