Me and my boyfriend have been living here for years. Its great because you don't have to pay alot to get alot. The building is very clean and we love the indoor parking garage and gym in the building.
It was the best value for our money in Hoboken. We saw alot of apts in Hoboken and when we saw Courtyard we knew we found our home. People are so nice here its like a little community.
Beware...The apartments look pretty nice...hardwoods, stainless appliances, good w/d, decent windows, good size with storage, etc. But that is completely overshadowed by the unacceptably thin walls and floors. You can hear everything around you. Sometimes I think the people above ... more
