Although at first glance the apartments look unique with the high ceilings and open vents, the cons definitely outweigh the pros on this place - you can hear everything from neighboring units, and the management company does not seem to mind renting to college kids from stevens insitute, so don't be surprised about the obnoxious noise levels. Also, maintenance is terrible so don't expect to have any requests filled within a weeks time. With the addition of the light rail, the ringing bell every 5 minutes tends to drive one crazy as well - and the management company tends to raise rents each year, so if you do decide to take the place, only expect to live there for a year. The only good thing about the place is that parking is cheap and easy to get - sorry I couldn't add more positives...
