The apartments are spacious and the rent is quite reasonable. The maintenance company is a pleasure; have called several times to have things repairs and everything was done within a week. Called about painting the bathroom and they did it for us. Unfortunately I will be leaving the building to buy a place, but wish I could take the staff along with me!!
