Overall, a nice place to live

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Clean, modern, never saw even one bug or fly, moderate noise from railroad tracks but quickly became white noise to me, very responsive maintenance, great concierge (especially Eddie and Andrei), very convenient to PATH and Washington St., a little overpriced - i'm moving because I found a beautiful large studio, right on the river with more ammenities, that was $100 less than the studio they offered at 77 Hudson Park.
