Good Place but Very Expensive

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Building is well insulated, cannot hear neighbors an utilities are low. Rents are pretty high for a "high-rise" unit but the views are incredible. Management is very good. Parking is expensive, the adjoined garage charges 224.00 per month. Free Health Club is very convenient. Maintenance is very good, they are immediately available and friendly. Building is very clean, and cleaned daily.
