This building can't be beat for its close proximity to the PATH, the bus, and wonderful cars, shops and restarants. However, it is very expensive, and during our stay we have been visited by ants every spring and plagued by mice this entire winter. For the price, I think you could rent in a newer building with the same amenities but none of the little visitors!
