This is the absolute worst apartment we ever rented. We moved in the first year when the building was brand new and had all kinds of leaky roof problems. The lower section of the building has serious problems and the building management were terrible in resolving problems. The management company continually told us stories about the status of things being fixed until we finally had to call the Board of Health. So many time we thought the problem was fixed, only to rush home while it rained or snowed one day to find the ceiling falling down and roof leaking. We finally moved out to Observer Park just across the street and couldn't be happier. Although this building is beautiful, don't waste you're hard earned money. P.S. - Parking in this building is terrible as well, spots are so tiny, and every day some car is damaged in the lot.
