Pros:
1. Close to Path
2. Quiet (rarely hear neighbors now that the couple with the dog moved out)
3. Gym in building is ok

Cons:
1. 20% increase in rent over the past 2 years.
2. Not enough improvement to justify 20% increase
3. Gym equipment stays broked for too long
