Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The service is horrible, the halls are riciculously outdated, there are mice, the water pressure is constantly being worked on, the kitchens are outdated and the rent is soaring at outrageous rates. Plus, nobody wants an internet cafe! It's absolutely pointless and is just for show.
