Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
the place is relatively expensive right now as it is.
now they are raising the rents by 25 to 35%.. INSANE.. If they don't stop this nonsense, I am out of here...Wish all the best to the sucker who wants to come live here.. They NEVER clean your carpets, kitchen appliances suck, drainage is not upto par.. Parking is crowded and small... I am here only beacuse its 6 blocks from path which I have to take at 6.40 every morning...
