It's funny I have only been in the apartment for three months and already I have experienced the lack of managment. The water pipes had problems which resulted in the water being turned off, the gym...well that is a joke 4 treadmills that are about 100yrs old and the kitchens in the apartments are really outdates. I could pay less and have granited countertops and stainless steel. So I guess when they raise my rent to 35% or more next yr II'll have to move.
