A lot of tenant unrest at the moment with tenants receiving 25% or more increases this year. Archstone claim that rates are inline with current market however I cannot find any 1 bedroom apartments over $2900 per month in Hoboken apart from this building. The only planned ??improvement?? to the building is an internet caf?? which none of the residents want or need. Work started in October but has come to stand still in past 2 weeks leaving an eyesore in the lobby.
