I believe that 3k for a one bedroom is unreasonable. It seems to me that paying a 30-40% increase year to year is just excessive....especially for a building that has rats, no real amenities, and management that is just unreasonable...do yourself a favor and look elsewhere...remember that the price you rent today will be 25-35% higher next year....
