Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
25% plus rent increases! What is even worse is that an apartment 2 doors down has been empty for 5 months so they dropped the rent by $600! Some guy just moved in and he has no idea that his rent will get jacked right back up come renewel. It happened to my neighbors. The management is TERRIBLE. They call it luxury but by no means is it even close to luxury.
