Mice, Astronomical Rents, and Awful Management = DOG POUND

Do not be fooled by anyone trying to sucker you into this place. They will jack rents so high (some up to $1000) over one year. My rent has been increased $600 in the last year. I have only been here for 3. Needless to say, I cannot wait to move on, but will not do so quietly. People need to know about how awful this place is. There are MICE in the building, and generally, not a very well kept building. The laundry room leaves much to be desired. We pay WAY too much for this place. The people who work here are RUDE, especially the management company. They honestly have no idea how to offer any sort of customer service. It is unbelievable how arrogant, rude and unresponsive they are. And every tenant has the same story. The doorman change more than you change your underwear which is a testament to how awful the management co is. Recently, management changed. This USED to be a great building under different management, but "Archstone" leaves much to be desired now(putting it very lightly). Do not live here, unless you would like ---- backed up in your bathtub every 6 months. Completely GROSS. You can get WAY more for your money than this TOILET of a place...
