Don't rent here - enough said. STEEP RENT INCREASES. Mice, Blood on the gym walls, gym never in working condition, ------ carpet in all apts, never follows up on maintance requests you always have to call at least twice. Manager has the personality of a wet mop. MOLD PROBLEMS..far far far cry from luxury building....oh but it has a great "park" in front of the building..that homeless people sleep in...nice place. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
