Although this is advertised as a luxury building it is not. The door person's barely speak English they lost my UPS package even though it was signed for, lost my dry cleaning and gave the master key to may apartment to the wrong person. The building is falling apart with sewage backup in the showers, disgusting carpets, windows that open and heaters that don't work. Put in a maintenance request and see how long it takes definitely not the 24 hours they promised when I signed the lease.
