Do yourself a favor and save some money. Don't rent here. The building is falling apart and smells like a college dorm bathroom on a sunday morning.
The company uses SPIN SELLING strategies to bully residents around and convince you to pay ultra-high rents. The management is unfirendly and plain rude.
