Not worth the money

Our first rent increase was 17% (and it wasn't cheap to begin with). We were told by management that we were lucky that it wasn't higher when we complained!' The only good thing that has come out of living here is that my hubby decided to buy because we were so sick of getting gouged by these people. Also, i've had maintenance issues that i raised in July that still haven't been fixed and they claim they'll do it in 24 hours. They suck!!!!!
