My roommate and I have rented here since August 2003. Since then, three companies have taken over the building, with the latter being Archstone. Honestly, since they took over management, the rent has raised as ridiculous rate, with a decrease in amenities.
First of all, the gym equipment is outdated - if you are going to charge so much and habe limitations on time usage, have better treadmills, etc. Second of all, how about actually finishing the construction on the "coffee shop" you have promised all of us. Oh wait, no one who lives in this building actually cares about the coffee shop.
In short, this building is not worth the time or money to rent. I would highly, HIGHLTY recommend looking elsewhere.
