I have lived at 77 Park since 2003. Since the Archstone Management has taken over the building, we have had the misfortune of experiencing a major decline in quality at this location. Service requests go unacknowledge,laundry room and gym facilities are not maintained and are dirty. The property mgr is rude and unprofessional. The only this that has gone up in the location is the rent. I can not recommend this location. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
