Forrent.com says that there are "beautiful plush carpets in the living and sleeping areas." Unless my apartment is so unlike any other as to be some sort of fluke, I've never experienced cheaper, thinner, more uncomfortable carpet in my life.
"Gourmet kitchens" - do other apartments here come with Emeril Legasse in them' The appliances are standard.
"Extra large and beautiful bright windows" - not sure how a window can be "bright" but one thing that I can tell you that would not contribute to "bright" - CONSISTENTLY INDICATING THAT WINDOW CLEANERS HAVE BEEN CONTRACTED BUT NEVER ACTUALLY HAVING THEM SHOW UP.
