Stay far away from this property

This property is horrible and I recommend anybody to stay away from it.
Basically all you read about Archstone on this site is true.
This company does not care for their residents. Complaints are simply ignored.
This has become a frathouse for Hoboken students, and Archstone seems OK with it.
Eventually this will drive out the higher income family oriented renters,
and it will lower the value of the property. So Archstone shoots themselves in the foot.
