Unless you enjoy the frathouse experience, don't waste your time.

Extremely poor and amateurish on-site management.

They'll raise your rent by perhaps as much as 25% year over year if you stay.

You can get much better quality and comfort elsewhere.

Laundry room is a joke, machines suck your money and don't work right, and rude residents leave their stuff in there for hours on end. - And when you contact the operator, they might promise you a refund, but they might never send it.

Maintenance is awful - numerous visits required and problem not resolved.

Rubbish often left to pile up and stink to high heaven on weekends in rubbish rooms.

Staff not inspired to exceed expectations - they often act like they are resigned and spineless losers working for a nefarious employer.

The concierge service is located across from the management office - the operator (as well as management) would allow her noisy kids to play and romperroom in the lobby area.

I could go on and on, but you're likely getting the picture.
