This apartment building is a total rip off and not worth the money. Management could care less about the residents. Although service requests are addressed quickly, it often takes 3 or 4 requests for them to actually fix the problem, so needless to say, their attempts are half-assed! The laundry room is a joke, my clothes often come out with stains on them, so don't use the top loaders! The parking rates are ridiculous, the garage is filthy and falling apart, always flooded, barely manuevarable and I've seen cars covered in the fireproofing from the ceiling falling apart! The apartments are tiny compared to what you can get elsewhere for the same money or less. The location is not that prime for what they charge. Waste of money. So happy we are leaving!
