I have lived at 613 Fourth Street for several years and would still be living there if I had not decided to buy something. I have had nothing but great experiences living at the building and would recommend it to anyone. I am a female and have felt completely safe - just as safe as I would living anywhere in Hoboken. I am honestly surprised at the earlier posts because unfortunately, noise and crime are merely traits of all cities and can happen anywhere. If you want quiet move to the country. Everyone living in the building are great and Pete the Super is extremely helpful and attentive. If you want a great sized apartment in a clean building that is not badly priced and I will miss dearly.
