Unless you absolutely have to be very close to the Path, keep looking. For the amount of money they charge, you can afford to live nicer elsewhere. You don't even get a kitchen sink sprayer for the amount of money you pay. The elevators are agonizingly slow. Ask anyone. If it's something you think you can live with, think again. You shouldn't have to for the amount of money you're paying. Too many late charge stipulations. Hardwood floors they just installed very cheap and poorly installed.
