This is by far the most unpleasant place to live in Hoboken. The walls are so thin that I can actually hear my neighbor yawning in bed and I spend most nights sleeping on the couch. The average age of the tenants is about 23, and it shows. Expect beer cans, shattered glass, and urine stains in the lobby and stairwell on most weekends
