This is by far the most unpleasant place to live in Hoboken.

The walls are so thin that I can actually hear my neighbor yawning in bed and I spend most nights sleeping on the couch.

The average age of the tenants is about 23, and it shows.

Expect beer cans, shattered glass, and urine stains in the lobby and stairwell on most weekends

The plumbing at this place is terrible. Mail is constantly stolen, loud partyers on weekends (typically leaving trash and beer cans). It is difficult to get the landlord to call back. She tends to leave you hanging time and time again. I do not agree about the walls being paper thin.
