Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
 
I have been renting in this upscale apartment building for almost 5 years now.

It is a beautiful complex that is well managed and staffed.

I do plan to buy someday but for now this renting experience is the best I have ever had.

It is not dirt cheap, but you do get what you pay for and I am thankful I chose the shipayrd.
