I've read some of the comments listed and I have to think my former residents were blind. I've had plenty of dealings with the office, maintenance staff, and security staff. The office only consists of a few people, but for all of the apartments, residents, complaints, etc. they do an excellent job. I never had any problems with the any employee of the Shipyard and I always found them to be very helpful. I have however witnessed some residents being arrogant in situations they did not need to be towards the employees. Maybe these residents should consider all the work it takes to run an excellent community when a group of arrogant stuck up residents reside in such a nice place. Most residents I encountered had no regard for the community or its employees. They should be so lucky to have such a great team to help them and go beyond their means to help.

OOPs , this comment sounds very personal !!! Do you work for Applied? If so, you shouldn't be posting your views here just to increase the overall ratings !!! Very naughty !!! If anybody sees any high marks for the Shipyard, be very suspicious !!!!
