Fab view, spacious apartments (includes w/d) but the gym is currently filthy and security in the complex is lax. Big problem with the patrons of Lua and the lack of security from the restaurant owners---noise, beer bottles, vomit on the waterfront plaza every Sat and Sun mornings, and now, hundreds of cigarette butts-----they clean the restaurant front but not the surrounding area. I could live on Washington St for half the price and the same noise.

Is Lua owned by the Shipyard or is the space rented out?

Magicgirl720, whatever answer to your question may be, Shipyard should be more concerned about their residents and not just making money with leasing their ground area. Once again, it shows that Aplied can't give a damn about their residents !!!
