Weekdays, weekends, after 10PM. This place is turning an otherwise oasis of quietude into the same crap downtown is. AVOID THE SHIPYARD

Hi, we would like to know if you are talking about the Indepence or the Constitution building ? We are close to move in over there and are curious about the specifics. Also, we come from Manhattan where we had a similar problem and called 311 for noise after 2pm. Is there something similar which can be done in Hoboken ? Thanks,

I live in the Independence and the noise from Lua has gotten a little better since they seem to have hired a guard----I have complained to the mayor and our councilman & they have been responsive. If you call the Hoboken police as a non emergency and complain about noise, they will send a car over IMMEDIATELY. Other than that I love the Shipyard !
