I have lived in the complex for almost a year and have had nothing, but wonderful experiences with everyone. I had one minor issue with my apartment that was dealt with in a matter of hours after my call to the Management Office. the Management Office has a very nice group of employees who are always willing to help you. Tiffany is a sweet young girl who always has a pleasant demeanor about her and helps you in anyway she can. Audrey is very very difficult to get in touch with. Anne has a lot on her plate practically handling all aspects of everyone's job. I witnessed a person being very rude to the office staff today and they handled the situation calmly but quickly. Anne needed to step in when someone at the front desk called her. There are 2 other people who recently started who also seemed nice. The only problem I have ever had was with the concierge office not returning my phone calls. The pool is well-maintained and the lifeguards are all pleasant. The gym is out-dated and could be larger, but it is for a minimal cost. The area has a lot of dogs but all are pleasant. I have recommended this place to many people and love living here.

Oh please - are they paying you to post this crap? The management team have no idea what they're doing - since we moved in it's been one issue after another. These people have no idea what customer service means. They are here to serve the residents - not to give bad attitude everytime a problem crops up...
