Very rude Management, Anne is completely in the wrong job, she shouldn't be dealing with people. Audrey can't seem bothered at all, if you enjoy construction noise 7 days a week from 7am (and we are talking Saturdays & Sundays here)then this is you place !!! Don't be fooled by the nice postings, you never know where they are coming from !!! This one is from real people living real nightmares !!!

When you see a new building being built you should be aware of construction noise. Are you kidding me to complain about this?!!!

Construction noise yes. 6.30 in the morning - no way! Come on Applied Management - stop going on this website and praising your own company! This is meant to be for residents to have their say...!

I completely agree! Anne is a scary, aggressive, angry human being who must hate herself so much she makes up charges to anger tenants. She has no problem yelling at and lying about rental issues. Audrey on the other hand has been a doll very level headed and kind. Beware of Anne....worth never living here just to avoid that monster.
