The only thing worse than the management company are the rude tenants. People seem to think they walk on water just because they can afford to overpay for a ridiculous sh*thole apartment. Also, WAY too many dogs, WAY too many kids of school age (what are these parents thinking)and WAY too many people period. You have to sleep with someone to try to get a parking spot within 3 blocks of your building. Intercoms are always broken, elevators are always having issues, the garbage room door is left open in the North Vanguard regularly allowing all of that lovely hot garbage smell to waft all the way through the building. HORRIBLE place to live. Don't make the mistake of moving here. Oh, and there are shady people around at all hours, I heard someone got jumped right in front of Lua a few weeks ago. Too much money to live in the ghetto.
