I completely agree! Anne is a scary, aggressive, angry human being who must hate herself so much she makes up charges to anger tenants. She has no problem yelling at and lying about rental issues. Audrey on the other hand has been a doll very level headed and kind.
Beware of Anne....worth never living here just to avoid that monster.
