management stinks, overall not bad

the management here stinks, they act (and charge) like you are getting world class service, yet what you actually get is a maint. staff that barely does their job, door buzzer/intercom system that is broken for one week out of every month, and a horrible attitude from the office staff when you complain.

that being said, it's close to the ferry and NYC, so I put up with the BS.
