Lovely building, excellent staff
I ran across this site and felt I had to post a review because it seems like a few bad apples are making most of the noise here. I've lived here for almost four years. The building is lovely and the staff is mostly excellent.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The management and staff make the Hudson Tea Building annoying!
I've live in the building for four years as an owner and while the building itself is fine, the appalling management and staff make living here considerably more difficult than it has to be. Due to a fault with construction, my bathroom flooded 4-5 timesā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Top notch !
I have been living in the Tea Building for years. First I was renting and then bought a unit. This is by far the most elegant and spacious building in the area. The gym is top notch, there is a fully equipped kids playground, parking,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

nice apartments, but the shuttle service IS terrible
I agree with the previous comment about the shuttle service - in the evenings, I normally try to take the very first shuttle home, at which point there should be no reason for the driver to be running late. However, he is routinely 5-10 minutesā¦Ā See More >secretiabeer

Best Apartments in Hoboken
After visiting 3 or 4 apartment buildings in Hoboken, I had no question when I walked into the Hudson Tea Building that it would be my new residence. You have to see it to believe it. Views are incredible and high ceilings are the bestā¦Ā See More >jasb

Fine place to live
I just renewed my lease after living through one winter and one summer. I love it here. I chose the Tea Building because of ease of access to public transportation on the PATH and ferry, to both New York (seven minutes to get there) andā¦Ā See More >cfreeb

Wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
I've been living at the Hudson Tea Building for almost two years and could not be happier. The apartments are incredible...they have 15' ceilings, huge windows and expansive city views...it really doesn't get better than this in Hoboken. I'm truly surprised at whatā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Leasing office is terrible
The apartments are nice and though the rent is high, seems to be in line with the Shipyard across the street. <br>However, the leasing office is ridiculous. Very rude and snappy, and this is when they want you to move in. Iā¦Ā See More >anonymous
