Great views. Good idea for building -- turn key operation. Very easy access to NYC. Good gym. Good apartments.

Management is a joke. On way in, they lied about everything -- DirectTV, T1 Lines, Indoor Parking, Ferry. (anyone else remember this') They hold you to letter of law, but freely violate this when it suits them (ex, repairs, sublets).
