I have been living in the Tea Building for years. First I was renting and then bought a unit. This is by far the most elegant and spacious building in the area. The gym is top notch, there is a fully equipped kids playground, parking, great service from the staff...
Don't waste your time by visiting other building this is the best one. I'm sure it will be worth a fortune there few years from now. Like Soho in the old days. In addition the building is not a light and cheap construction like the ones next door (Shipyard and the new one next to it across the street.

The hudson tea building is the old Standard Brands Building in Hoboken that manufactured coffee, jello and candy until it moved in 1975. The building is rock solid
