Horrible I have only been here for about a month and I want to move out asap!
The maintenance people/ landlords never get back to you and never show up when they give you a time. They are lazy and will half fast fix your issues. The plumbing is horrible and they will not fix. They always have

Really bad customer service Non responsive office. Maintenance requests go unanswered. No ever answers the phone in the office 9 out of 10 times its voicemail and the calls are not returned. If you want something done you have to show up to the office in person or you are ignored.

No Heat in Winter, No AC in Summer DON'T LIVE HERE, IT'S AWFUL, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RESPOND TO ANY PROBLEMS (FORGET IN A "TIMELY" MANNER, THEY DON'T RESPOND AT ALL!). I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT. LOUIS GELFAND SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR BEING A SLUMLORD.

Observer Park is a place to love to come home to. A few years ago, Observer Park was redone and it looks wonderful. The management company is fantastic, quick to respond and always so nice. Maintance is also fantastic... we had an issue at 11pm on a Friday night and they were there
