Curling Club 22% Recommended May 08 2008: I like living here at the Curling Club. The location is very convenient while off of the beaten path, making it feel very neighborhoody (is that a word?). Granted it can get a little fratish on the weekends, but I 101 Clinton Street 63% Recommended May 02 2008: Walls are so thin you can here your neighbor pee- say goodbye to peaceful sleep Management will enter your apt whenever it feels like it; for some 'reason' there are items missing from my place??? Also if you read the manual for you AC/HEATER you can change it from on to auto. My bill was never over $100 for Hudson Park Apartments 13% Recommended Mar 08 2008: Unless you enjoy the frathouse experience, don't waste your time. Extremely poor and amateurish on-site management. They'll raise your rent by perhaps as much as 25% year over year if you stay. You can get much better quality and comfor Hudson Park Apartments 13% Recommended Mar 01 2008: This property is horrible and I recommend anybody to stay away from it. Basically all you read about Archstone on this site is true. This company does not care for their residents. Complaints are simply ignored. This has become a frathouse for Hoboken |
