Mice, noise and dog poop - The amount of rent we were paying here was outrageous compared to the neighboring areas. Move to Jersey City/Hamilton Park just over the tracks - same square footage, nicer apartments, much lower rent too and still close to the trains. We pay around $3500 per month for mice, the smell of dog urine outside our window from tenants who don't pick up after their dogs and the waft ...Full review of Hudson Park Apartments

too expensive - For the money, you can get a better deal elsewhere. We had a one bedroom that was pretty basic and have moved to a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath on the hudson river just a mile away for less money. The ferry doesn't run on the weekends anymore at Hoboken, so bear that in mind. However, we had no problem getting our deposit back. Fair is fair - we left the apartment clean and undamaged. current resident...it's getting better - My husband and I have lived here for the past 2.5 years. We have mixed feelings about the Curling Club. We love that it's 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. I feel like it's a decent size for the price, compared with other places in Hoboken. When repairs need to be done, the maintenance man comes and completes them quickly. They just replaced all the hot water heaters in all of the ...Full review of Curling Club Aparments

Don't live here! There are parties all the time! The management does nothing about it. The rents are high and NOT worth it. The refuse room was dirty and had mice. The only nice place in the building is the lobby (where people let their kids run around unsupervised). The dryers never worked!

Horrible and Dishonest Very manipulative and deceitful. Horrible company - could not care less about its residents. I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else where you can actually feel taken care of.

Ridiculous "Policies" While the building looks nice, the management is very uncooperative. They demanded that a guarantor sign a guarantor agreement before seeing the lease! What kind of a ridiculous policy is it to have someone sign something without seeing it? I wouldn't want to

This is by far the most unpleasant place to live in Hoboken. The walls are so thin that I can actually hear my neighbor yawning in bed and I spend most nights sleeping on the couch. The average age of the tenants is about 23, and it shows. Expect beer cans, shattered glass, and urine

Terrible building I have been here for four years, and this is my last lease at 333 River. This building has gone downhill terribly in the past two years or so, that it is now not worth the obscene amount of money to live here anymore.

I like it... (maybe it's me) I like living here at the Curling Club. The location is very convenient while off of the beaten path, making it feel very neighborhoody (is that a word?). Granted it can get a little fratish on the weekends, but I don't mind that so much. The pricing is

Great place to live just stay away from the office I lived there for four years and I had never seen any kind of bug ever! Also if you read the manual for you AC/HEATER you can change it from on to auto. My bill was never over $100 for the very hot and cold months and $40 for the others and I had

Stay far away from this property This property is horrible and I recommend anybody to stay away from it.
Basically all you read about Archstone on this site is true.
This company does not care for their residents. Complaints are simply ignored.
