RIP OFF STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLace - I rate this place a zero, they take your money, and don't follow through. They want you to fill out and application, and say they only have one or two apartments left. I filled out an application in August gave all the required info, left messages and they still haven't contacted me. Stay way from this place, its fraud. I still like 60 acres - I still like sixty acres reserve...... Not so good! Today while walking through the playground I walked over liquor bottles, and condoms and condom wrappers. Parking is bad, there are assigned spots no one really follows and very few visitor spots (at least on my street). I find myself blocks away sometimes.

Througth the years of living here I have seen the ups and downs of this community. It's been bought and sold quite a few times which never helps things. I do however notice a positive change. No longer do i have to hear loud parties and honking cars. I rarely see druggies wandering around

The changes have helped. Moved in 2 years ago.. wanted to move right back out.. glad i stayed. changes in management have done wonders.. noise level has gone down, drug dealers evicted, gronds are kept very clean. better screening on new tenants. all in all I say this place has shaped up
