very bad Lakewood Bloods run most of the complex but a few streets are run by the Lakewood Crips, Camden Crips and Latin Kings. Open air drug sales on some streets, you can be approached to buy drugs several times just walking through. Some streets still ok! Office is unresponsive to needs.

Not so good! Today while walking through the playground I walked over liquor bottles, and condoms and condom wrappers. Parking is bad, there are assigned spots no one really follows and very few visitor spots (at least on my street). I find myself blocks away sometimes.
