Little surprised by these reviews.
I've lived here about a month now and have been pretty pleased with it overall.
I have a nice unit with beautiful views. On a sunny day it can be a bit overwhelming, but I don't really put the blinds down.
My living room and bedroom are a nice size. Kitchen's a bit small but sufficient for me. Good size bathroom and includes a washer and dryer.
The amenities offered are nice but I haven't used them much, may use the pool as the weather gets warmer. An the H club included membership is a nice plus.

The downside' Rent is def not cheap, in my opinion. The views are better than what it's competition, GrovePoint, has to offer however. I feel the heating/AC units work well, but I have not yet received my first electric bill and I've read people have had concerns. I do feel my unit collects lint very quickly so I'm always sweeping the floors - some of it is shedding from a new rug I bought, but the rest I don't think is. That sort of makes my allergies act up as well.

Overall though I'm pleased, and from the few others I've spoken to myself in the building, people seem to be pretty happy with what the building has to offer.

Make sure you negotiate hard with the rent though (esp. now that the financial industry has collapsed).

Why is the only positive review, along with all the rebuttals, written by the same 'anonymous' user?? It seems suspicious. There is an option where mgmt is allowed to go on and make comments; you should take advantage of that selection.

Right moron, because as management I would suggest a prospective tenant negotiate aggressively on the rent.
