50 Columbus

We have been at 50 Columbus for a little over a year and have had problems since we moved in. The first few days there was absolutely no heat so we froze and got sick. Then of course there were the astronomical heating bills. This place is not insulated and no one takes responsibility for it. The management staff passes the buck. Now there is a problem with the water. Either the pipes beat through the walls or you get no pressure and/or hot water, or any water for that matter. DO NOT BOTHER MOVING HERE. EVERYTHING IS NOT AS IT SEEMS. IT "LOOKS" MUCH BETTER THAN IT ACTUAL IS. As stated previous the amenities are not worth the price. Over the summer the pool was always dirty. To have a guest you had to actually pay for that. To use the BBQ pits you have to pay for that too. What the hell is the amenity fee for. Parking is outrageous and not worth the price. I can honestly not think of any positive with the exception of the people that work in the lobby (doorman) always willing to help out. Maintenance staff does what they can with what they are given by management. But I would not recommend this place to my enemy much less a friend. Cannot wait to move out!!!!!
